Shipping costs are determined by the physical volume of your order. We ship via UPS or Common Carrier depending on order size.

Yes, lift gate delivery is available upon request for an additional charge. Please notify us if you need this service when placing your order.

We use UPS for smaller orders and Common Carrier (LTL freight) for larger bulk shipments.

Payment Options

We accept credit cards for all orders. For local delivery orders, you may also pay by check prior to delivery.

Local Pickup: Payment by credit card is required at the time of purchase. We do not accept payment at pickup.
Shipped Orders (FedEx/LTL): Payment by credit card is required at the time of purchase.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your order is confirmed, your price is locked in.

If an item’s correct price is lower than listed, we’ll charge you the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we’ll cancel your order, notify you of the pricing error, and give you the option to purchase at the correct price.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept returns on items potentially used for food products due to health and safety regulations. For all other items, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt to initiate a return. A 5% processing fee applies, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes. For orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, all shipping costs incurred by Globe Bag Company will be deducted from your refund amount.
