Shipping & Delivery
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the physical volume of your order. We ship via UPS or Common Carrier depending on order size.
Do you offer lift gate service?
Yes, lift gate delivery is available upon request for an additional charge. Please notify us if you need this service when placing your order.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use UPS for smaller orders and Common Carrier (LTL freight) for larger bulk shipments.
Payment Options
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards for all orders. For local delivery orders, you may also pay by check prior to delivery.
When is payment due?
Local Pickup: Payment by credit card is required at the time of purchase. We do not accept payment at pickup.
Shipped Orders (FedEx/LTL): Payment by credit card is required at the time of purchase.
Local Delivery: Payment by credit card or check must be made prior to delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and Authorize.net for payment processing. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Pricing
Can prices change after I place an order?
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your order is confirmed, your price is locked in.
What happens if an item is mispriced?
If an item’s correct price is lower than listed, we’ll charge you the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we’ll cancel your order, notify you of the pricing error, and give you the option to purchase at the correct price.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on items potentially used for food products due to health and safety regulations. For all other items, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt to initiate a return. A 5% processing fee applies, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are there return restrictions on free shipping orders?
Yes. For orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, all shipping costs incurred by Globe Bag Company will be deducted from your refund amount.

How long does it take to receive a bulk jute bag order?
Lead times vary by supplier and order complexity. Standard bulk orders take 4–8 weeks, including production and shipping. Custom-dyed or heavily branded bags may take longer.
Are jute bags washable?
Yes, but you should wash them gently by hand in cold water. Machine washing can weaken the fibers or cause shrinkage
Can I get custom sizes for my jute bags?
Absolutely. Most suppliers offer custom sizing, though it may require a higher minimum order quantity and extra lead time.
Do I need to pay import taxes when buying from overseas suppliers?
Usually, yes. Import duties, VAT, or customs fees can apply depending on your country’s regulations. Confirm costs with your freight forwarder before placing an order
